What Better Way Of Self Defense Than To Own A Dog?

However, having a dog is not all fun and games. Do not get me wrong, I love dogs, but they can be a lot of work. Some people may live in an apartment where pets are not allowed, or a newborn is now in the house and a dog may not be the best idea. A barking dog, especially one that sounds big, is normally a pretty good defense against a burglar. I know I would think twice if I were to ever break into a person's house and I heard a big dog on the other side of that door. Or, what I thought was a dog. You need to create the illusion of other people, or animals, in your home to not give out the idea that you are alone and vulnerable. The Electronic Watch Dog is a less expensive alternative. At just under 100 dollars this is the least expensive dog that I have ever seen. Some of the features of this thing are pretty cool too:

Reliable 24-hour protection

No Installation required

Protection with none of the problems of owning a real dog.

Very realistic--barking gets louder and more frequent as intruder gets closer.

Switches from the watchdog to the tranquil sounds of nature with the simple switch of a button.

Variable distance sensitivity (up to 30') as well as volume control.

Senses movement through walls, doors, and glass to alert you of a visitor's arrival.

Maintenance free.

And, best of all, this dog will not wake you up in the middle of the night (unless it senses danger), and you do not have to clean up after it or feed it. It is very easy to set up and maintain you will not even have to worry about it. You owe it to yourself.

till next time,
